The LH20-5T, commonly known as the “Hulu double‑girder crane,” is a light‑to‑medium‑duty double‑girder bridge crane. It features a main hook with a rated capacity of 20 tonnes and an auxiliary hook of 5 tonnes, operating at service class A3–A5, and is suited for standard indoor lifting applications. The complete unit comprises semi‑cantilever box‑type double main girders, an electric hoist trolley, a gantry travel mechanism, and an electrical control system. It employs a three‑in‑one geared motor, and its end beams are connected via bolted modular joints, ensuring convenient disassembly, assembly, and transportation.
Compared with conventional QD double‑girder cranes, this model features a lighter self‑weight and lower wheel loads, placing less demand on the building’s structural capacity. Its low‑clearance design significantly reduces the required building height, helping to cut capital‑construction costs. The auxiliary hook offers faster lifting speeds, making it ideal for handling small components and turning workpieces, while the main hook is capable of lifting heavy loads—providing dual‑purpose functionality in a single machine. It supports three control options: wired pendant, wireless remote, and cab‑mounted operation, and is equipped with safety features such as overload limiters, upper and lower travel limit switches, and dual‑stage buffering and anti‑collision braking. The crane delivers smooth operation, low failure rates, and reduced long‑term maintenance costs.
Operating ambient temperature: -25°C to 40°C. Not suitable for flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive environments. Widely used in machining shops, mold‑making workshops, warehousing, hydropower and electrical maintenance, and hardware and steel‑structure fabrication facilities for transporting and assembling steel materials, equipment, and structural components. It is a cost‑effective, mainstream lifting solution for small and medium‑sized plants, with span and lifting height customizable to meet specific requirements.
