The QD50T (standard model, 50/10t) is a standard double‑girder hook‑type bridge crane, commonly referred to as an overhead crane. It is manufactured in accordance with national standards, typically rated for duty class A5, and is suitable for indoor lifting operations involving conventional heavy loads. The complete machine consists of four main components: a box‑type bridge girder, a hoisting trolley, a gantry traveling mechanism, and an electrical control system, and is equipped with… Main hook: 50 tons; auxiliary hook: 10 tons. Two independent hoisting systems: a main hook for heavy loads and an auxiliary hook for small parts and workpiece turnover, ensuring flexible and efficient operation.
The bridge girder adopts a welded double‑main‑beam structure, offering high rigidity and stable load-bearing performance. The trolley travels longitudinally along the plant’s track, while the hoist moves laterally on the main‑beam rail, enabling three‑dimensional lifting operations through coordinated hook elevation and lowering. It supports three operating modes—cab control, wireless remote control, and ground‑mounted pendant control—and is equipped with multiple safety devices, including an overload limiter, upper and lower limit switches, and buffer‑type collision‑avoidance systems. The system delivers reliable operation, low failure rates, and features universally compatible components that are easy to maintain.
Applicable ambient temperature: -25°C to 40°C. Use is strictly prohibited in flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, or humid environments. Widely employed in mechanical processing, steel structure fabrication, mold‑making workshops, heavy‑industry assembly, and warehousing & logistics, it handles the handling, loading/unloading, and assembly of steel materials, equipment, and structural components. It is the mainstream lifting equipment for heavy‑duty workshops and can be custom‑configured to meet specific requirements for span, lifting height, and intelligent features.
