The 110/20+110T double-girder gantry crane is a heavy-duty, dual‑trolley gantry crane designed for handling large‑tonnage loads. One main trolley is equipped with a 110‑ton main hook and a 20‑ton auxiliary hook, while the other independent trolley has a rated capacity of 110 tons. Operating at service class A6, it is ideally suited for simultaneous lifting of heavy structural components. The machine features thickened box‑type double girders and high‑ and low‑rigidity outriggers, delivering exceptional load‑carrying capacity and robust overall rigidity, making it well‑suited for outdoor prefabrication yards, steel‑structure fabrication facilities, and bridge‑component manufacturing plants.

The two trolleys can operate independently or synchronize to lift and hoist extra‑long, extra‑wide heavy workpieces. The 110‑ton main hook handles heavy‑load lifting of large components, while the 20‑ton auxiliary hook offers rapid lifting speeds, making it ideal for turning small parts and assisting with assembly. The entire machine is equipped with a three‑in‑one traveling drive and disc brakes, and comes standard with overload protection, upper and lower limit switches, carriage buffers, wind‑resistant rail clamps, and a synchronous deviation‑correction system. It provides comprehensive safety features for outdoor operations and supports both cab‑mounted and wireless remote control.

It can operate without a roof on the factory floor, and its two hoisting mechanisms work in tandem to significantly expand the range of lifting applications.
