The project strictly adheres to national steel structure construction codes, with primary load-bearing members fabricated from Q355B high-strength steel and secondary enclosure components made from Q235B steel. All steel components are manufactured in a centralized factory setting, undergoing pre‑fabrication processes such as CNC cutting, assembly and welding, straightening and shaping, precision hole‑making, shot blasting for rust removal, and primer coating, ensuring dimensional accuracy and controllable quality. On site, mechanized lifting is employed; based on the self‑weight of steel columns, beams, purlins, and other components, as well as installation heights, crawler cranes and truck‑mounted cranes are appropriately selected to carry out hoisting operations. Lifting radius, load limits, and working conditions are rigorously controlled to prevent any non‑compliant lifting practices.
Key processes in the project are subject to full‑process quality control. At critical load‑bearing joints, 10.9‑grade high‑strength bolts are used, with initial and final tightening performed in strict accordance with specifications, and nondestructive testing is conducted on all critical welds. At field splice locations, anti-corrosion touch‑up coatings and fire‑resistant coatings are applied uniformly, with rigorous oversight of coating thickness and application procedures.
